Jack and Betty’s train left at 1:32, so we headed into St. Remy for an early lunch before driving to the Avignon train station. We said “au revoir”; David and I then drove around Avignon sight-seeing; stopping to do some chores, etc. Basically, it ended up to be a lazy day.
That evening, we drove over the hills to have dinner at La Riboto. Again, Jean-Pierre’s food was the best. We started with roasted Langoustines and red Carmargue rice, followed by monkfish cheeks in a petite bouillabaisse and a soufflé for dessert. Dinner was absolutely delicious.
