Yesterday was a driving day to the southern coast of France where we had lunch in a seacoast village, Sanary-sur-Mer. We discovered Friday is market day when we arrived and it was in full swing along with the paella vendors. We didn’t stop to taste any paella; we just strolled through browsing at all the fresh vegetable, meats, fish, cheeses, etc.
We found a waterfront café to have lunch, where Dawn and I indulged ourselves with ‘moules frites’, mussels and French fries. Later, we drove to visit our friend, Marc and Catherine, in Port d’Alon where they own a villa.
That evening, we met with Marc and Catherine at Chez Bru, a two-star Michelin restaurant in Eygalières.
